Our self-pay visits start at $169, which includes provider evaluation, treatment plan, prescriptions if warranted, minor procedures, X-Rays, and in-house labs.

Terms & Conditions
- Self-pay pricing is available to uninsured patients and cannot be used in combination with insurance benefits, or government health plans. By accepting the self-pay rate, a patient agrees not to seek reimbursement from any insurance program.
- Pricing is valid for a single office visit for one pertinent problem per patient; additional fees apply for follow-up visits and any additional lab tests recommended based on the provider’s evaluation.
- Appropriate pricing, procedures, lab orders, treatment plan, medication, prescriptions, referrals, and imaging orders are subject to clinical assessment, medical decision making and professional discretion of the provider.
- Self-pay pricing does not include services provided by other providers if a patient is referred to another provider or facility including primary care.
